Talk to our Therapists or Counselors for a consultation

Our consultation is an opportunity to discuss your current situation, what you want to accomplish in therapy, and make sure that working together fits for both you and your counselor or therapist.

During the consultation, we can discuss approaches used during therapy, appointment times, therapy fees and other questions you may have. The consultation is not therapy. Typical consultations last between 15-20 minutes.
